Here when you need us.

At Cyber Security Canada NFP, we understand the importance of mental well-being in the digital age. With over 30 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, our Cyber Mental Health Initiative aims to support individuals who experience anxiety and stress related to cybersecurity incidents & cybercrimes. This will be an international effort to provide human-to-human interactions.

Our Mission

We recognize that the fear and stress associated with personal cyberattacks can have significant impacts on mental health, and we are committed to addressing these concerns. Our initiative aims to offer international support and guidance to individuals experiencing paranoia, anxiety, panic, or shame related to a cybersecurity event whether at home or work.

Our services will include talking with professionals, education, and resources to help individuals understand the risks associated with cyber threats and how to protect themselves, and the differences between real and perceived cyber threats.

By addressing the psychological aspect of cybersecurity, we help individuals build resilience and reduce the negative impact of cyber-related stress on their mental well-being. Our initiative also raises awareness about the importance of mental health in the cybersecurity industry, fostering a supportive and understanding community for all.

At Cyber Security Canada NFP, we are here when you need us, providing the expertise and compassion necessary to navigate the complex world of cybersecurity and mental health.
